🕒 Job Type: Temporary/Locum – Full Time (37 hours per week)
💼 Contract: Minimum 12 weeks
💰 Rate: £13.00 per hour PAYE (no holiday)

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join Lincolnshire County Council’s Care & Wellbeing Hub. This is the first point of contact for residents and professionals accessing a wide range of services including Adult Care, Children’s Services, Highways, Registration & Celebratory Services, and Library Services.

You will use a strength-based approach to help residents access services, provide information and advice, or report safeguarding concerns. Calls can be complex, sensitive, and emotive, requiring excellent communication skills, call control, and professional curiosity. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound telephone and email contacts from the public and professionals
• Gather relevant information to determine the most appropriate outcomes for residents
• Support residents with Adult Care, Lincolnshire Carer Service, and Wellbeing Service enquiries
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a busy call-centre environment
• Accurately record interactions using direct input into IT systems

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service or customer care environment
• Passionate and customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong typing and IT skills (essential for direct input)
• Ability to work flexibly between 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday
• Experience in social care is desirable but not essential
