Hours: Full Time

To work for: Home Frist Team 1) Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke or   2) Longton Cottage Hospital, Stoke

Days per week: 5 days over seven days Start time: 9am Finish time: 8pm,  Sunday 10 until 6pm.

Duration: 12 weeks to start asap

Essential: Must be a car driver and be able to use own car

Registration with HCPC

Milage: Paid at 40p /mile

Pay: Weekday – £26.69 | Saturday – £34.69 | Sunday – £42.70

Applicants would benefit from having worked in a social care Occupational Therapy role previously or have experience of the community setting.

The Team supports adults within their own homes where the primary need is physical disability with long-term health conditions. The aim of OT intervention is to assist people to remain as independent as possible in the community.
