Job Overview:

MPFT have the above temporary role for the Staffordshire Integrated Community Occupational Therapy Team – Adult Social Care OT.  Applicants would benefit from having worked in a social care Occupational Therapy role previously or have experience of the community setting.  The Team supports adults within their own homes where the primary need is physical disability with long-term health conditions. The aim of OT intervention is to assist people to remain as independent as possible in the community.

Working in and around Staffordshire – Stafford/Lichfield/Burton/Tamworth/Newcastle U Lyme

Cluster will determine where candidate lives to help with travelling

Must be a car driver with own car and business insurance
