Supply Care Solutions are looking for x3 band 6 community nurses to cover a 3 month line of work with possible extension in Esssex.
ADDRESS: Romford, Essex
WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
DURATION: 3 months
RESPONSIBILITIES: Care co-ordinate a caseload of clients with varying needs and diagnosis. Complete thorough assessment of need and risk for clients coming into secondary services. To work alongside the MDT and other agencies both within and outside of the organisation. Duty work on a rota basis.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: experience working with a caseload of clients in the community. Risk management, working within MDT and using.
Pay rate via umbrella- £27 per hour.
