💰 Salary: £36,363 – £40,777 per annum (plus £5,000 market rate supplement = £41,363 – £45,777)

We’re currently recruiting for passionate and skilled Children’s Social Workers to join our client’s teams in Herefordshire. These permanent opportunities are ideal for experienced social workers ready to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

Available Teams:
Assessment Team
You’ll work directly with children and families, ensuring referrals are responded to in a child-focused and timely way. You’ll carry out assessments and investigate concerns to identify the most appropriate support for each child and family.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and create clear, evidence-based care plans
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes
• Manage a diverse caseload effectively and in line with statutory guidelines
• Ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of children and young people at all times
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and reflective practice

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Social Work (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent)
• Registration with Social Work England
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in statutory children’s social care
• Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and case management
• Must be a car driver
• Sponsorship available for candidates based in the UK with statutory UK experience
• Enhanced DBS required
