📍 Location: Hockley, Birmingham (Fully Onsite – 27 All Saints’ Rd, B18 5QB)
🕒 Job Type: Locum – Full Time, Onsite
💼 Start Date: ASAP (Contract until 31st March)
💰 Rate/Salary: £28.70 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager / Residential Manager to work as a Team Manager at Hockley Day Centre. This is a fully onsite role, providing operational leadership and day-to-day management of the service. While the role is based at Hockley, there may be occasional travel to nearby sites (Elwood, Ebrook, Sutton, and Erdington). Some meetings and the interview process will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective leadership and management of the Day Centre team
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and service delivery
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and compliance requirements
• Work collaboratively with other managers across local sites when required
• Attend meetings via Microsoft Teams as needed
• Maintain safe, compliant, and well-managed services at all times

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager / Residential Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong operational and people management skills
• Ability to work fully onsite
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK
