About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected Local Authority in the North East for experienced Care Coordinators to join their Autism Division – Supported Living Services. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic and resilient individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centred care in challenging yet rewarding environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support
• Support the transition of young men into single tenancy occupancies (each requiring 24-hour, 2:1 support)
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure consistency in care delivery
• Engage proactively using Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) strategies
• Deliver PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training and implement physical intervention when necessary
• Promote organisational values: Dignity, Respect, Compassion, Professionalism, and Accountability

Requirements:
• Experience working in supported living or complex care environments
• Motivated, resilient, and confident working with individuals with Autism
• Ability to work a fixed rota pattern – 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (8am–8pm)
• Enhanced DBS check with adults barred list issued within the last 12 months
• Commitment to creating safe, supportive environments for staff and service users
