Knowsley Community Therapy Team, V7

Full or Part time

Would consider experienced band 5

Working with adults 18+ within the patients own home, the ability to travel between visits across Knowsley on a daily basis

Community experience would be beneficial but not essential.

The team works to support the patients to remain within their own homes by providing a short term intervention to support rehabilitation and self management.
