Placement for CPN Band 6 starting ASAP for 12 weeks. Mon-Fri 9-5, although various hours available.

W Specialist Dementia Frailty Service

Experience with older adults, good communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills. Car driver essential.

For you to be eligible for our roles you must have a current NMC Registration, commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people and previous NHS experience.
