Supply Care Solutions are looking for BAND 6 Community Nurses needed in East Midlands
RATE: from £24.00 per hour
TYPE: Locum
HOURS: 5 days per week (Mon-Sun rota)
TEAM: Community
The ethos of the team is to support people to remain in their own home and to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
The team also work to facilitate safe hospital discharges for patients leaving acute care and to give them nursing support in their own home environment.
• Car Driver Essential
• Full Time or Part Time to cover 9am – 8pm
This role is ongoing for 3 months
Additional Requirements
– Proven post qualifying experience
– Current NMC registration
– Commitment to patient care and the safety and well-being of vulnerable people
