Supply Care Solutions are looking for a BAND 6 Community Nurse needed in West Midlands
RATE: from £24.00 per hour
TYPE: Locum
HOURS: Part time 30 hours over 4 or 5 days
TEAM: general nursing
To provide clinical and therapeutic services to drug users with a particular responsibility for health screening and community detoxification including blood borne virus initiatives, immunisation and wellbeing screening including using withdrawal scales and audit detoxification scales within a multi-disciplinary team providing holistic health and social care to drug users and their families.
Car Driver is essential.
