Type: Locum work
Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to £24 umbrella per hour depending on experience
Team: Crisis Resolution

Job Description:

• To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high standards of care to individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis in their own home as an alternative to hospital admission.
• To represent the clinical team perspective at multidisciplinary meetings and clinical reviews of patient care.
• To be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilising appropriate assessments.

Qualified Social Worker Requirements

– CSW/CQSW/DipSW/BA/MA in Social Work
– Proven post qualifying experience in working with childrens services
– Current Social Worker England registration and enhanced DBS Disclosure
– Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
– Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
