Role Overview:
Supporting the Housing Officer, the Assistant Housing Officer is key to delivering reliable housing management and supporting customers in sustaining their tenancies. This role requires a proactive approach to tenancy issues and conflict resolution, with two days a week dedicated to face-to-face visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits with tenants and assist with case management
• Manage tenancy issues and apply early intervention approaches
• Collaborate on multi-agency problem-solving initiatives
• Availability to work flexibly, including some out-of-hours meetings
