💰 Salary: £37,938 – £39,513 per annum

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is recruiting experienced Adults Social Workers for permanent positions across Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified social workers looking to make a long-term impact, with the potential for relocation support and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality social care support to adults within statutory services
• Assess and manage individual care needs, safeguarding, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Support service users across various adult social care teams including:
– Cotswold Locality Team (Cirencester)
– Gloucester Locality Team
– Cheltenham Locality Team
– Stroud Locality Team
– Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team (county-wide; 5 days in office; hospital experience required)
– Learning Disability Team (Gloucester, county-wide)

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Adults Social Worker within a statutory UK setting
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Professional, compassionate, and committed to improving adult social care outcomes
• Up-to-date CV
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• National Insurance Number
