About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team in Dudley. This role involves working with vulnerable adults with complex needs, using a strength-based and enabling approach to assess needs and promote independence.

You will support community development wherever possible and create effective support plans that enable adults and their carers to maintain independence, build relationships, and remain valued members of their community.

The role requires a high level of professional knowledge, critical thinking, strong communication skills, and creativity to help individuals achieve positive outcomes and an improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake strength-based assessments for adults with complex needs
• Develop and review person-centred support plans
• Promote independence and community-based solutions
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Safeguard vulnerable adults in line with statutory guidance

Requirements:
• Qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience
• Experience within Adult Safeguarding
• Strong assessment and report-writing skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
