Salary: Up to £35 umbrella per hour depending on experience

Job profile:

We are looking to recruit an experienced social worker to work alongside a social care assessor and finance officer to support self funded individuals and their families when making long term decisions about meeting that person’s care and support needs. The social worker will need to have excellent knowledge of the Care Act and also local authority policies and procedures in order to provide appropriate information and advice.

This is a full time position funded for 6 months and will be based in the East Contact team at Macclesfield town hall with the opportunity for hybrid working.
