About the Role

Supply Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a trusted client for two experienced Recovery Coordinators to join a dynamic substance misuse service in South East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for seasoned Recovery Workers with a passion for person-centred care and proven experience supporting adults affected by OST, alcohol, and non-opiate issues.

You will manage a caseload of adult clients across Primary Care Recovery and GP Shared Care (GPSC) settings – delivering evidence-based interventions, harm minimisation, and personalised recovery plans in collaboration with GPs and other care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult clients in both GP practices and the main service hub
• Deliver structured, evidence-based interventions and harm minimisation strategies
• Support recovery-focused, person-centred care planning
• Work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in substance misuse recovery work
• Strong knowledge of OST, alcohol, and non-opiate treatment pathways
• Confidence working across both GP practices and service hubs
• Excellent communication and case management skills
• Commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred support
