Key Details:

• Position: Adults Support Worker – Adult Day Services
• Hours: 30 hours per week
  (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, no weekends or bank holidays)
• Pay: £12.00 to £12.80 per hour (PAYE)
• Location: Park View, Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, B91 3LU

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in adult care services, ideally within a day centre setting.

Training in people moving and handling, including hoist operation.

While a formal QCF qualification is not mandatory, a willingness to undertake relevant training is essential.

About the Service:

Our services provide specialist day opportunities for adults with learning disabilities across Solihull. Activities available include: Cookery, arts and crafts, beauty therapy, yoga, and gardening. Sports such as archery, cycling, and football. Horse riding, drama, and visits to local attractions. Access to local gyms and sports facilities.

You will also provide care and support to meet individual needs, including assistance with meals, medication, and mobility.
