About the Role:

Supply Care Solutions is a market-leading Medical and Social Care recruitment consultancy, providing accredited services across the public sector and supporting professionals with short, long-term and permanent placements.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employment Specialist to support clients in progressing towards and securing sustainable employment.

You will work closely with clients, employers and partner organisations to create employment opportunities and support individuals into work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with local employers and develop a pipeline of job opportunities.
• Promote clients to employers and encourage positive recruitment opportunities.
• Create employment opportunities through proactive employer engagement.
• Facilitate work placements, work trials and work experience.
• Provide in-work support to clients who have secured employment.
• Match clients to vacancies based on their skills, experience and employment goals.
• Maintain accurate case records and management information.
• Keep up to date with local labour market trends and employer skills requirements.
• Work alongside Employment Coaches and partner agencies to support client progression.
• Identify and address barriers to sustained employment.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting clients to achieve employment outcomes and programme targets.
• Experience working with a range of employers to meet recruitment needs.
• Knowledge of the local labour market and skills required for vacancies.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and using management information systems.
• Experience of multi-agency working.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance (IAG), Employment Related Services or equivalent.
• Experience within a sales or recruitment environment would be advantageous.

• 2 recent employment references
