About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Team Leader / Senior Practitioner to join a well-established substance misuse and social care service based in Enfield, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in addictions, health, social care, mental health, or community services who is looking to progress into a leadership-focused role within a respected and supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day operational management of the service
• Lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical and support interventions
• Monitor performance, compliance, and safeguarding standards
• Support recruitment, induction, and staff development
• Build effective partnerships with commissioners and external agencies
• Ensure accurate reporting, record keeping, and quality assurance
• Promote equality, diversity, and best practice across the service

Requirements:
• Experience within substance misuse, addictions, mental health, social care, or related services
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of risk management
• Experience working with statutory and voluntary sector agencies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 4+, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies, or equivalent experience
• Enhanced DBS required
