About the Role:
We are currently working with a nationally recognised organisation and one of the UK’s Top 10 Great Places to Work to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their Programme Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile transformation and business change projects across multiple workstreams, delivering impactful improvements using both Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Current programmes include:
• Salesforce CRM implementation
• Enhancements to Repairs & Maintenance services
• Delivery of a new WAN service provider

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver change projects using the Project@Home framework
• Manage projects using Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
• Use Smartsheet for planning, tracking, automation, and reporting
• Support agile delivery and continuous improvement within the Programme Management team
• Manage project controls, governance, risks, and resource planning

Requirements:
• PRINCE2 or APM PMQ qualification
• Strong experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Proven IT change management expertise focused on customer outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Experience with project planning, risk management, and governance

Desirable Experience:
• Large-scale cloud CRM implementation experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Delivery of data-focused projects involving architecture, governance, reporting, and analytics
