About the Role:
We are currently expanding our pool of reliable and experienced staff for ad-hoc shifts across a range of care homes in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking flexible working arrangements across a variety of care settings, including residential and nursing homes. Shifts are released on a first-come, first-served basis, often with short notice requirements.
Roles Available:
β’ Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) / Support Workers
β’ Domestic Assistants / Kitchen Assistants
β’ Registered General Nurses (RGN)
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver high-quality care and support to residents in line with care plans
β’ Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
β’ Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control protocols
β’ Support daily living activities and promote independence (HCA/Support Workers)
β’ Administer medication and clinical care where applicable (RGN)
β’ Assist with cleaning, food preparation, and hygiene standards (Domestic/Kitchen Staff)
Requirements:
β’ Minimum 6 months UK care experience (care home, residential, or nursing settings)
β’ Right to work in the UK
β’ Up-to-date training and compliance (or willingness to complete)
β’ Flexible and dependable approach to ad-hoc shifts
