About the Role:
We are currently expanding our pool of reliable and experienced staff for ad-hoc shifts across a range of care homes in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking flexible working arrangements across a variety of care settings, including residential and nursing homes. Shifts are released on a first-come, first-served basis, often with short notice requirements.

Roles Available:
• Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) / Support Workers
• Domestic Assistants / Kitchen Assistants
• Registered General Nurses (RGN)

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care and support to residents in line with care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control protocols
• Support daily living activities and promote independence (HCA/Support Workers)
• Administer medication and clinical care where applicable (RGN)
• Assist with cleaning, food preparation, and hygiene standards (Domestic/Kitchen Staff)

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months UK care experience (care home, residential, or nursing settings)
• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date training and compliance (or willingness to complete)
• Flexible and dependable approach to ad-hoc shifts
