About the Role:
I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a friendly and supportive team based in Warrington’s flagship Time Square office. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to meaningful public sector projects within a collaborative and professional environment.

This is a temporary position with a strong likelihood of longer-term engagement. You will work within the Building Services team, supporting both responsive maintenance and planned/capital works. The role offers excellent variety, with responsibility for managing projects from feasibility through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reactive and planned maintenance works across a varied portfolio
• Prepare specifications, drawings, and tender documentation
• Act as Contract Administrator (including JCT contracts)
• Oversee projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out condition surveys and produce detailed reports
• Manage contractors, project budgets, and on-site quality inspections
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and CDM requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Building Surveyor within a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of contract administration (e.g. JCT)
• Experience managing projects across maintenance and capital works
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
