💰 Rate/Salary: Up to £21 per hour (Weekdays)

About the Role:
We are currently working with a valued client in the health and social care sector to recruit a Casual Recovery Worker within a supported housing service. This is an ongoing agency opportunity offering full-time hours and the chance to gain valuable experience within a specialist environment.

This role offers the opportunity to support individuals with mental health needs, substance use, and associated challenges within a 24-hour residential setting. The service is focused on delivering person-centred support, enabling residents to build confidence, develop life skills, and progress towards independent living.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting individuals with their mental and physical wellbeing
• Delivering person-centred support and keyworking sessions
• Promoting independence and life skills such as budgeting and tenancy management
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
• Liaising with external agencies and healthcare professionals
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and compliant service environment

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and person-centred approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and IT skills
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota, including night shifts
