About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a local authority client in Denbighshire for a Monitoring, Compliance and Administration Officer (Housing) to support delivery of projects funded through the Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF). This role plays a key part in ensuring projects meet objectives, remain compliant, and are audit-ready.
You will provide monitoring, evaluation, and administrative support to the Project Manager, contributing to effective project delivery within the Working Denbighshire Service.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Work within the Working Denbighshire Service, liaising with monitoring and compliance officers to ensure a consistent approach
β’ Maintain effective monitoring and evaluation processes across SPF-funded projects
β’ Monitor participant progress and ensure Information Sharing Protocols are followed
β’ Oversee and monitor the use of soft outcomes measurement tools
β’ Ensure participant files meet eligibility and evidence requirements
β’ Deal with visitors and handle enquiries professionally
β’ Organise meetings and events as required
β’ Analyse and evaluate data, producing reports and performance information
β’ Compile complex documents and undertake IT-based administrative tasks
β’ Provide administrative and organisational support to the Project Manager, including minute taking
β’ Use ICT systems including Word, Excel, databases, spreadsheets, and internet applications
β’ Process invoices, code sheets, and input financial data into budget spreadsheets
β’ Provide guidance to staff on monitoring and compliance requirements
β’ Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times
Requirements:
β’ Previous experience in administration, monitoring, compliance, or project support
β’ Strong organisational and communication skills
β’ Ability to analyse data and produce reports
β’ Competent in Microsoft Office and database systems
β’ Good understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and audit requirements
β’ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
