About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are recruiting an experienced Tenancy Support Officer to join Rugby Borough Council. This is a fully on-site and visiting role, providing intensive, person-centred tenancy support to residents with complex needs. The postholder will develop and deliver tailored support plans, helping tenants sustain their tenancies and live independently, while working closely with a multi-agency team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tenancy support services to customers referred to the service
• Conduct tenancy audits and home visits to assess tenancy sustainability
• Develop and implement individual support plans with tenants
• Collaborate with Housing Management and the Customer Advice & Support Team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support tenants with income maximisation and money management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local services, support agencies, and benefits
• Guide and support Tenancy Support Assistants in delivering intensive support
• Work with Housing Officers and Revenues Team to resolve arrears and debts
• Participate in working groups, policy development, and service improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, diaries, and performance data to support operational and legal requirements
• Promote tenant participation, equality, and inclusion within the service
• Comply with health and safety legislation and Council safety policies

Requirements:
• Experience in tenancy support, housing, or community-based services
• Proven ability to carry out tenancy audits and deliver intensive, person-centred support
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and travel within the community
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance (or willingness to obtain)
