About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Children’s Social Workers to join Children & Families First Teams within a ‘Good’ rated local authority. This is a long-term locum opportunity offering stability, manageable caseloads, and a supportive working environment with consistent supervision and high team morale.

You will work across Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Looked After Children (LAC) cases, contributing to positive outcomes for children and families within a well-established service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a varied caseload including CIN, CP, and Looked After Children
• Work in line with statutory requirements and local authority procedures
• Attend and engage in regular monthly supervision
• Maintain accurate and timely case recording
• Work collaboratively within a stable and experienced team

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience within a statutory English Local Authority
• Eligibility for an L3 Social Worker role (in line with DfE requirements)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
• Ability to commit to office-based working in the BCP area a minimum of 3 days per week
• Ideally locally based
