🕒 Job Type: Locum – Full Time (37 hours per week)
💼 Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days office-based / 3 days working from home (to be discussed and agreed)
💰 Rate/Salary: £35.00 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
On behalf of Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, we are recruiting an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join the Fostering Recruitment (Assessing) Team. This is a key role focused on completing fostering assessments and supporting the recruitment of foster carers across Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete Form F fostering assessments using the new 2025 CoramBAAF assessment form
• Attend and actively contribute to team meetings
• Assist with Skills to Foster training
• Support fostering recruitment events as required
• Work flexibly between One Angel Square and home

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience (PQE) – essential
• Proven experience in Assessing for Fostering – essential
• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
