💰 Rate/Salary: £38.00 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
Haringey Council is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a standard Occupational Therapy role involving visits and assessments, with additional responsibilities relating to equipment provision and installation for service users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out Occupational Therapy visits and assessments
• Collect small items of equipment (e.g. bath boards, toilet frames, commodes) from a local Haringey P store
• Deliver, install, and demonstrate the safe use of equipment to service users
• Complete accurate records and documentation in line with council procedures

A car driver is preferable but not essential. Practitioners may submit expense claims for taxi use when delivering equipment.

Requirements:
• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• HCPC registration
• Experience in community-based Occupational Therapy assessments
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Right to work in the UK
