About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our client at their London Support Office and Medical Centre, based in East Central London. This is a full-time, weekday role working 06:30 – 15:00, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment.

As Concierge, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and patients. You will also confidently carry out responsibilities as a Fire Marshal and First Aider, while upholding all organisational policies, procedures, and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing a professional and welcoming reception service
• Acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and patients
• Supporting office and medical centre facilities and supply management
• Promoting and maintaining health and safety standards
• Carrying out administrative tasks and document management
• Supporting site security and access control
• Assisting the wider team with additional and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
• Confident, professional, and approachable manner
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working within a medical and corporate environment
• Willing to take responsibility for health, safety, and compliance duties
