About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Lifeline Scheme Manager to support vulnerable residents in the community. In this role, you will help individuals live safely and independently, responding to emergency calls, completing wellbeing checks, installing assistive technology, and ensuring residents feel supported and connected. No two days are the same, and your work will have a genuine positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to emergency calls, including administering first aid (CPR/Defib) and carrying out risk assessments
• Support clients to maintain independence, dignity and safety in their homes
• Manage housing-related tasks, assist with planned works access, and respond to alarm activations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication with internal teams and external partners
• Promote and install assistive technology (Telecare) to enhance safety and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with families, housing teams, and external agencies
• Follow Health & Safety procedures including lone working and building compliance checks

Requirements:
• Approximately 2 years’ experience supporting vulnerable individuals (including those with complex or challenging behaviours)
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
• Strong IT, communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
• Commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent customer care
• Ability to travel independently across sites and complete physical tasks where necessary
