💰 Salary: £35,235 – £39,513 per annum + £3,000 welcome payment

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is recruiting experienced Adult Social Workers for permanent roles within the West Midlands Local Authority. You will work across a wide variety of adult social care services using a strengths-based approach, supporting individuals’ independence, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake Care Act Assessments, support planning, and Section 42 Enquiries
• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Community DoLS
• Carry out CHC and s117 work
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries and work in partnership with other agencies
• Provide high-quality adult social care interventions using a strengths-based approach

Requirements:
• Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
• Degree, Diploma, C.S.S, or C.Q.S.W in Social Work
• Awareness of current legislation and guidance relevant to adult social care
• Experience conducting Safeguarding Enquiries and working collaboratively with other agencies
• Up-to-date CV
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• National Insurance Number
