About the Role:
We are recruiting experienced Children’s Social Workers to join a dynamic Assessment Team in East London. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your assessments and interventions will directly safeguard children and support families from the start of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to new referrals and carry out assessments under S17 and S47
• Work in a fast-paced, responsive environment
• Liaise with partners across education, health, and police services
• Make evidence-based decisions and create effective intervention plans
• Contribute to a high-performing team, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice

Requirements:
• Recent experience in an Assessment Team or other fast-paced social work setting
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Confident decision-making and strong communication skills
• Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England
• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date CV
