🔄 Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days office-based, 2 days remote

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join Northamptonshire Children’s Trust within their Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and qualified professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases
• Conduct needs assessments, care package provision, short breaks, and care reviews
• Work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams to support children and families
• Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding procedures

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience as a Social Worker (mandatory)
• Significant experience working within Children with Disabilities (CWD) teams
• Proven ability to manage complex cases across CIN, CP, and CiC
• Strong track record of effective multi-disciplinary team working
• Registration with Social Work England
• Up-to-date CV
• Completed DfE Cover Sheet stating 3 years post-qualified experience
• Proof of right to work in the UK (Passport or Share Code with Passport)
• National Insurance Number (Payslip, P45/P60, or HMRC letter)
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (must be on the Update Service)
