About the Role:
We are recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Worker to join a supportive and friendly team in Oakham. This day opportunities role is designed to help adults with learning disabilities grow, engage with the community, and take part in meaningful activities within a structured weekday setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support adults with learning disabilities through enriching activities, including learning, employment, and education opportunities
• Promote independence and assist individuals in accessing the local community
• Provide personal care when required, including washing, dressing, and administering medication
• Be a positive role model, supporting service users to live with dignity and respect
• Work weekdays only – no evening or weekend shifts required

Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities (desirable but not essential)
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-centred care
• Up-to-date CV (with no unexplained gaps and clearly dated job history)
• Right to work in the UK (e.g. Passport, Visa, Biometric Residence Card)
• National Insurance Number
• A valid, enhanced DBS certificate
