About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Practitioner to join the AST in Thanet. This team focuses on vulnerable adolescents at risk of exploitation, homelessness, or criminal activity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on complex adolescent cases
• Offer guidance and supervision to junior staff
• Multi-agency working to safeguard young people
• Develop and review risk management plans

Requirements:
• Qualified and SWE registered Social Worker
• At least 3 years post-qualifying experience in children’s services
• Familiarity with contextual safeguarding models
• Enhanced DBS
