💰 Rate/Salary: £17.80 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Family Contact Worker to support children and families across the Greater Manchester region. This is a full-time, office-based role and a car driver is essential. The successful candidate will supervise and facilitate Contact arrangements, offering vital support and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate, supervise, and observe Contact sessions in line with the agreed plan
• Set up Contact arrangements and provide support to children and parents where needed
• Undertake observations and assessments during Supervised Contact visits
• Contribute to ongoing assessments of children and families at risk
• Accurately record and report on Contact visits
• Monitor and review action plans in collaboration with Social Workers

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children and families
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong observational and assessment skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely records
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Right to work in the UK
