💰 Rate/Salary: Up to £38 per hour*

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Qualified Occupational Therapist to join the Countywide Reviewing Team within Lifelong Services at West Sussex County Council.
In this role, you will work with adults aged 18+ with a range of needs including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and chronic health conditions.

Your main focus will be to conduct strengths-based reviews, including:
• Mental Capacity Act assessments
• Continuing Health Care checklists and decision support tools
• Strengths-based Occupational Therapy assessments
• Development and implementation of wellbeing-focused support plans
• Equipment provision and home adaptation recommendations
• Evidence-based risk assessments
• Participation in multidisciplinary assessments for Continuing Health Care

You will be part of a collaborative, proactive team focused on delivering outcomes and promoting independence and wellbeing.

Requirements:
• HCPC registration
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience preferred (for max rate)
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (on Update Service or willingness to obtain)
• Up-to-date CV showing agency and/or permanent work
