Pay: £22.00 per hour via Umbrella 

About the Role:

We are looking for 1 social work assistance/Family Support workers, to work alongside children, young people and families and allocated social workers, to join our team and deliver support and interventions. Duties would also include supporting duty social workers, delivery direct support to children and young people at home and in care, supervising contact/family time and bringing family networks together to plan support.

Working within our Children with Disabilities team  with social workers who are allocated children with disabilities. Minimum of 3 days in the office.
