About the Role:

You’ll be working within our Children with Disabilities team, providing essential support to children and their families. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both from home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out statutory visits
• Participate in duty systems
• Engage directly with children and families, both virtually and in-person
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care planning

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration

Proven experience in CWD social work

Ability to work independently and flexibly in a hybrid setting

Reliable internet connection (or a data dongle if working remotely without Wi-Fi)
