About the role
Working alongside the Maintenance and Contracts Managers, Surveyors and Project Surveyors the ELO is responsible for delivery of effective customer experience throughout all maintenance works, taking accountability for overseeing maintenance works seeing them through the “eyes of the customer” and representing the “customer voice” with stakeholders, contractors or tradesmen.
You’ll work with the Head of Customer Engagement, Heads of Service Delivery and Heads of Maintenance Delivery to ensure maintenance works are delivered in a customer friendly way, driving customer satisfaction improvements though analysis, insight and feedback.
Requirements for the role
- The ability to communicate technical specifications and requirements to customers in a way that’s clearly understood.
- Your experience of working in a maintenance/technical environment with a broad understanding and experience of maintenance practices will provide you with the technical understanding required to do this.
- OFFICIAL Experience of overseeing maintenance works through to a successful completion through a contractor network.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to hold others to account for delivery.
- You’ll be assertive and decisive in your approach to ensure the customer voice is heard.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills coupled with an understanding of our customer profile in order to support delivery of a complex workload whilst minimising the impact to customers.
- As the main point of contact to resolve escalating disputes and conflicts, you’ll be passionate about quality delivery and have the tenacity needed to resolve complex, long standing customer complaints.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret data and translate it into meaningful action plans that benefit the customer and drive continuous improvement.
