We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Advisor based on site in Brentwood for a temporary contract of up to 6 months.

Start date: Mon 10th Feb (ASAP start)

Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00

Address: Jupiter House, Brentwood, CM13 3BE

Pay: Up to £25 per hour depending on experience

Essential Requirements: 

• Must have CIPD level 5 or 7
• Has led complex ER casework
• Strong employee relations experience
• Standalone able to hit the ground running

The role of the HR Advisor is to support the business with advice and guidance, providing expert HR advice, coaching and mentoring to Spire colleagues and line managers and improving managers’ confidence to deal with day to day first line HR queries. Be the initial point of contact for all HR matters and provide high quality consistent HR advice in line with Spire policy, procedure and best practice.
