Salary Range: £37,938 – £39,513 per annum

Job profile: 

NOTE: Applications from Skilled Workers already living and working in the UK will be considered, with the following additional criteria:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in an Adults Social Worker role within a statutory setting
• Currently registered with SWE
• Looking to move Certificate of Sponsorship and relocate to Gloucestershire.

We have full time and part time Social Worker positions in our Adult Social Care Locality Teams as follows:

Cotswold Locality Team (based in Cirencester)

Hospital Discharge and Assessment Team (work county wide).  Please, note that due to the current workload, 5 days per week in the office are required. We are unable to offer hybrid working for this team. In addition, Hospital experience is required.

Learning Disability Team (based in Gloucester, but work county wide)

The teams have a supportive and engaged management structure including an Integrated Social Care Manager, Deputy Social Care Managers, Social Work Leads and Social Care Leads. Other staff members include qualified Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, Adult Social Care Practitioners and an administration team.

Gloucestershire County Council offer free on / off-site parking (dependent on location). We offer flexible working with a mix of office and home working.
