3 Learning Disabilities Social Workers

Roles available:

2 x roles will be case holding only

1 x role will be duty management (with support of a Duty Manager and wider team where applicable or required)

Learning Disability Team:

Full-time role, Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm and Fridays 8.30am – 4.30pm. Hybrid working – minimum requirement of two days per week in office.

Compressed working hours are not available for these roles.

Pay: £36.15 P/h Umbrella

Requirements:

Full clean driver’s licence and access to a car (or able to use another appropriate means of travel) to travel to a range of locations including home visits.

Interview process if selected

Interviews will take place on the afternoons of 18th December (2.30 – 5pm) and 20th December (1pm onwards) for approx. 45 minutes with Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager of the Learning Disability Team. 

Candidates must be available to interview on the dates and during the times specified.

Candidates will be asked a minimum of four questions during interview and will be expected to demonstrate their current up-to-date knowledge and experience of the following; working with adults with Learning Disability, completing Care Act 2014 assessments and reviews, duty working (including management of crisis), quality assurance, and the management and coordination of safeguarding enquiries.
