Job Profile:

This is a key and fast paced role in a busy community CAMHS team.

The post holder will be required to undertake initial assessments for children and young people referred into the service, ensuring safeguarding, risk management and care planning are implemented to the highest standard, and at all times that the service offers effective patient-centred care. 

You will be supported by the Service Manager, Team Leader and other clinical staff. In addition to this Admin colleagues will help support around systems and recording data appropriately.
