Adult Social Care London Borough of Hackney are looking for qualified social workers with post-qualifying experience to join our hospital team as soon as possible. They must be well versed with Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Assessment, Safeguarding Enquiries, Continuing Health Care Assessment, Community DOLS, etc…;the Hospital team is fast pace team so knowledge and understanding of hospital teams would be desirable.

Working hours: Full time 36hours

Location: London Borough of Hackney

Pay rates – UP To £32 per hour Umbrella

For you to be eligible for our roles you must have a current SWE/ Registration, commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people and previous local authority experience.
