This team deals with children and young people affected by risks outside of the home. Capped caseload of 12.

We are looking for exceptional people to join us in our Aspire team. We are looking for people who want to help support and safeguard some of our most vulnerable young people who are being exploited sexually, criminally, are being trafficked or are being forced into criminal activity due to their vulnerabilities.

We need someone who is able to use a whole family approach to support families to maintain young people living at home, whilst supporting the young people to overcome trauma and break away from gangs and crime and fulfil their potential.

We are looking for someone who is able to be creative in their assessment and planning with young people and families, who is able to understand the complexities and risks faced by them, and who really wants to make a long term impact on young people’s lives.

By the nature of the team this role will be demanding, it will challenge your thinking and push your creativity to transform children’s lives, along with this it will be exceptionally rewarding. We are seeking out passionate, tenacious and solution focused Social Workers who have children and families at the heart of what they do.
