Rate: £46 an hour

Overview: Full Time, Hybrid Working 60/40

Children in Our Care and Care Leavers and dedicated Personal advisors. We are looking for a passionate Leaving Care Team Manager full Time for our 16-25 team.

You will work alongside the Service Manager and our other experienced team manager. Your day-to-day support and high-quality supervision will ensure that your team can meet the complex and challenging demands of the service.

You should be confident in your ability to lead and develop a team. And, with an in depth understanding of safeguarding procedures, legislative frameworks (both adult and children’s) and social work theories and experience to contribute to practice and policy

Are you:

• Able to motivate a staff team ensuring high quality supervision is completed regularly which includes management oversight, timely decision making, effective implementation and review of pathway plans.
• Able to be the vital link between Personal Advisors and those making strategic decisions
• Able to analyse weekly data and CHAT data.
• Able to be instrumental in promoting the principles of corporate parenting, delivering and improving services for children and young people.
• Able to allocate resource and workload, managing the team budget and ensure the provision of cost-effective services.
• Able to work jointly with partners in the statutory, private and voluntary sectors.
• Able to plan and deliver effective team meetings, briefs and care leavers events.
