Job Description

As a high performing Local Authority, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated, qualified Agency Social Worker who will be committed to producing;

• High quality assessments to determine if children and young people can return to family settings safely with reunification planning
• Robust safety plans and support packages that build on the resilience and strengths within families
• Placement with parent assessments
• Special Guardian Assessments
• Discharge of Care Orders
