Social Worker – First Response Team

RATE: up to £24.00ph (umbrella, depending on experience)
TYPE: LOCUM Social Worker
TEAM: children in need
HOURS: This is a Full time role (36 hours per week)

Previous experience essential.

To be the allocated Social Worker to complete assessments for children in need, including those in need of protection, children looked after, those subject to public care proceedings and, where directed by the Court, children subject to private law proceedings
To be responsible for the assessment, planning, monitoring and review functions for all allocated children and families.

Social Worker Requirements

– Proven experience in working with childrens services
– Current enhanced DBS Disclosure
– Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
– Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
